Nestled at the very bottom of the Royal Mile, The Palace of Holyrood House remains a functioning royal residence to this day. The excellent audio tour allows you to stroll thru the palace at your own pace marvelling at such exhibitions as Mary Queen of Scots bed and the royal Thrones. Holyrood Abbey also makes up part of the tour. |
